The item just didn’t feel authentic to me. The packaging looked a little off, and once I noticed that, I lost trust in it. On top of that, the constant reminders felt way too aggressive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

It looks exactly like the photos, so no surprises there. I just wish it hadn’t felt like such a hassle to get everything set up, but once I did, it was pretty much spot on.

I was in one of those slightly impatient moods where I just wanted to find what I needed and be done, so I checked earlscollection.com for a couple things I couldn’t track down elsewhere. To my surprise, they actually had most of it in stock, which felt like a small win.

A few sizes and colors were sold out, so I had to change my pick a little. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I did have that tiny disappointed moment because I was hoping the full range would be available.

Overall though, it was still a good experience. The stock info seemed clear, it saved me some time, and I left feeling satisfied even if I didn’t get my exact first choices.

The box showed up a little dented, but luckily the item inside was totally fine. Compared to how most orders usually arrive these days, the packaging felt just kind of average. Not a big deal, but it definitely could’ve been packed a bit more securely.

I had no idea if the order actually went through or not, so I ended up checking my bank just to be safe. Annoying for a first try, honestly, I just gave up and left the site.

I mean, yeah, this was nice enough overall. The stuff was good and the prices felt fair to me, like... for what I got, I can’t really complain.

I thought I was paying one price, but then extra fees popped up later. It just wasn’t clear, like, not clear at all, and that was frustrating...

I tried contacting support twice and never heard a thing back, which feels like they just didn’t care enough to respond. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll bother ordering from here again.

Earls Collection has a clean, modern look, that’s always a good start. It’s easy to browse, things aren’t cluttered, and the overall layout makes sense without trying too hard.
That said, it does feel a bit basic in a few spots. Some of the images and sections could use more detail, because obviously people want a better feel for what they’re looking at before getting interested. It’s not a bad site at all, just didn’t really stand out to me

The product was fine and I don’t really have any major complaints, but the delivery took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying waiting around for it.

I tried wearing it for a bit, but the material felt really itchy against my skin. From what I remember, it just wasn’t comfortable at all, so I wouldn’t reach for it again.

In the end, I’d say it was pretty much as described. The item matched the listing overall, though the sizing felt a little off for me.

I ordered my usual size from earlscollection.com, but the fit was way different than what the size chart made it seem like. It was tight in some areas and strangely loose in others, so it just felt off overall. I really wish the sizing instructions were clearer because I was expecting the chart to be more accurate. Now I have to deal with a return, which is frustrating.

I did like some of the stuff I saw, but using the site was annoying honestly. Pages were loading slow and the filters didn’t really work right on my phone. Took me way too long just to find basic things.

I was just trying to swap for a different size, but the replies have been really slow and the return instructions weren’t very clear. Maybe I missed something somewhere, but it’s still not sorted out and it’s been more hassle than expected. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I had to cancel my order and I was a little worried about getting my money back. The refund ended up showing in my account quicker than I expected though. Support got back to me the next day and explained what was happening. It wasnt totally perfect since I had to reach out first, but in the end it was fine. Id give it 4 stars.

The payment page just didn’t feel safe to me at all. I started putting in my card info and immediately got a bad feeling. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them enough to even get that far.

Tracking worked well overall, like I could still follow where things were going and wasn’t totally in the dark, but the updates did show up a little late sometimes, so I’d check and think nothing changed and then suddenly there’d be a new update from earlier. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying
